    *Meals prepared for children junior high school student and elementary school student age are the same size as adult meals. Also, only a seat will be prepared for preschool children.

    *Lunchboxes are not recommended in winter due to possible freezing. As this does depend on the weather, you can select an option without a lunchbox and upon arrival, talk to a member of staff about the lunchboxes.

    *You may need to stay in a dormitory during busy periods. By selecting “Dormitory Room Possible” your chances of successfully making a reservation during busy periods will increase.
    *Mixed-gender Dormitory Room = Both men and women will share the same room.
    *Gender-segregated Dormitory Room = There is a men-only room and a women-only room. Men and women will not share the same room.

    ⑧Shuttle Service RequestPick-up:
    Drop-off:
    *Shuttle service is available between Sakuradaira Trailhead ⇔ Chino Station/Junction (the junction between Sakuradaira and Karasawa Kosen)/Sakuradaira Lower Parking Lot.
    *If you are arriving on the 9:28 train from the Nagoya direction, please select "Morning Service (9:15 Chino Station East Exit Departure)" and note this in the "Notices" section at the bottom of the form.
    *For the Junction Departure and Sakuradaira Lower Parking Lot Departure, 9:40 and 16:00 refers to the local meeting time at each location.
    As the shuttle will head there after picking up guests at the station, please note that arrival may be delayed by around 10–20 minutes depending on road conditions.

    2. Unauthorized cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
    3. In the case that four people stay together, three people may sleep in a bed but one person may need to sleep on a futon laid out on the floor.
    4. In winter, if sudden snowfall or icy conditions make it unsafe to drive, shuttle services to the Sakuradaira Trailhead (Sakuradaira Gate) will be suspended for safety reasons. In such cases, guests may need to carry their own luggage and walk to the lodge from a point before the Sakuradaira Trailhead. The same conditions apply for the drop-off service.
